The hall

There are 120 chairs available for use in the hall. It also comes equipped with a lectern and piano. It has a carpeted foyer that can serve as a break away room or double as a mum and toddler area. The smooth white wall at the back of the podium can be used for projection.

The dining room

A light and airy second hall with 9 long tables and around 100 chairs indoors with seating for another 40 diners on the adjacent covered stoep area. A wall mounted urn provides the perfect setting for a coffee and tea station.

Unit A

This unit consists of 10 Rooms which has 3 beds each. Of the 30 beds, 10 are bunk beds – one in each room. It does not have a central corridor like the other two units as individual room doors open directly to the outside.

Unit B

In close proximity to Unit A, this unit has 12 rooms that open into a central corridor. It has 36 beds in total of which 6 are bunk beds. Male and female bathrooms are situated right outside the main entrance to the unit

Unit C

Situated slightly separate (100m) from the other two units, this unit with a central corridor consists of 13 rooms and has sleeping capacity for up to 40 occupants. It has its own set of male and female bathrooms indoors as well as its own kitchen and dining room.

Leaders accommodation

This unit is ideally situated to keep an eye on the rest of the grounds. It features a double bed, its own bathroom, small kitchen and lounge area. It can accommodate up to 6 people. On the stoep in front of this unit is a 6 seater picnic table and a braai.

Self catering - Holiday guest units – Flamingo and Pelican

These two units are situated a small distance away from the rest of Amana’s accommodation to provide its occupants unhindered peace and quiet. Each unit has its own bathroom and kitchen facilities as well as a small lounge area. The wooden deck and braai outside these units has a 4 seater picnic bench each with a beautiful view on the estuary. Apart from the double bed in each unit, a third person can be accommodated on the daybed in the lounge area.

Obstacle course / park / outdoors gym

This obstacle course was designed to keep them busy! There is something for children on every age to enjoy. Groups are welcome to incorporate the use of this 10 station course into their program. There is no extra cost for making use of this facility.
